Testing laboratory
Seven stations that decide whether a needle leaves the building.
Before a batch is released it passes through the test room: geometry under the microscope, dimensions on the bench, then mechanical checks on instrumented rigs. Every reading is logged against the same limits we quote on the drawing.

Needle tests, filmed at the bench.
Two short clips from the test room — the rigs running, rather than a still frame of them.
Laboratory
Nine stations, one continuous sample path.
Physical, chemical and microscopic work share the same rooms, so a sample never leaves the controlled area between one test and the next.
Microscopy
Stereo and optical microscopes for tip geometry, burr and surface-defect checks.
Stage inspection
A mounted sample under the objective — the image itself becomes part of the release record.
Vacuum preparation
Samples degassed and conditioned before they go on the physical test rigs.
Fume handling
Wet chemistry carried out inside extraction hoods, with reagents logged in and out.
Reagent bench
Analyst preparing standards — every solution carries a preparation date and an operator.
Instrument room
Analysis instruments kept in a temperature-controlled room away from the wet benches.
Physical & chemical room
Bench run for pH, viscosity and the routine physical–chemical determinations.
Sample benches
Continuous bench line where routine physical and chemical checks are worked through.
Analyst station
Readings entered at the bench, then signed off before they leave the room.
Production workshop
From moulding to a sealed blister, inside one cleanroom.
Consumable production runs as a single flow: assembly at one end, inspection and packaging at the other, with operators gowned throughout.

Factory visits
