From pain point to answer
Why clinics change consumables.
The decision is made chairside — pain, waste, cost, safety. Everything we design starts from the five things that go wrong in a normal treatment room.
Clinical pain points
- 01PainPoor patient experience, low tolerance for the full protocol.
- 02Retention & wasteProduct runs off the treatment area — efficacy drops, cost rises.
- 03Procurement costPremium consumables erode margin before the case begins.
- 04Safety riskVascular occlusion and bruising turn into complaints.
- 05HandlingClogging and needle blow-outs break the rhythm of the session.
What the market delivers
- 01Inconsistent tipsBurrs appear after roughly 50 punctures.
- 02Weak bondingAdhesive joints leak where hub meets cannula.
- 03Inflated pricingA 20–30% premium for little beyond depth markings.
- 04Sharp-needle limitsHard to steer around vessels in the filler plane.
- 05Poor internal geometryNarrow lumen and thick wall mean high injection force.
Extreme sharpness
Japanese medical steel, 3D diamond-ground. 120 punctures without burring — and a measurable drop in patient discomfort.
Leak-proof by design
US-made Loctite medical UV adhesive plus a dedicated anti-leak geometry at the hub. Nothing lost, nothing wasted.
Cost efficiency
Precision 0–2.5 mm depth adjustment. Better function, unchanged price — procurement cost falls instead of climbing.
The three-minute case
Six reasons buyers sign with Timerein.
What we say in the first meeting — credentials, market proof, and the practical reasons a product line stays on the shelf.
Government-backed credibility
Timerein is a high-tech enterprise introduced by the local government, EU MDR certified — international quality you can verify, not just claim.
Numbers that speak
50 million consumable units a year; 5 million of those in 9-pin needles alone. Meilai and Lancy have been long-term customers.
A product that pulls the range
The 9-pin needle: imported steel, diamond-ground, 120 punctures without burring, adjustable needle length at no extra cost.
A matrix that holds up
For fillers we recommend blunt-tip cannulas: MDR certified, a rounded tip that routes around vessels, low bruising and embolism risk, survives a 90° bend.
Every specification on hand
Rollers from 0.2 mm to 3.0 mm across the full range. The detachable model delivers product while it rolls, lifting absorption.
Support that lands
A complete programme is prepared before launch — training and on-site assistance, so the protocol actually runs in the clinic.
Type III recombinant collagen · core technology
Designed by AI. Expressed at industrial scale.
Sequence design, expression and production sit in one facility. That is what makes the efficacy data repeatable from batch to batch.
AI-designed sequences, high-yield expression
- AI design platform — structure prediction built on AlphaFold to screen high-activity sequences quickly.
- Efficient expression system — Pichia pastoris host, high bioactivity and low endotoxin, expression yield ≥20 g/L.
Industrial scale, regulatory compliance
- Scale — 1,000 L fermentation system with more than 500 kg annual output, supporting a RMB 100 million-plus sales base.
- Quality system — dual GMP and ISO certification, four-tier documentation, full electronic traceability across the process.
100% human sequence
Multiple KGD / RGD active sites, excellent tissue compatibility.
No animal-derived risk
Pathogen-free by construction, with extremely low endotoxin.
Bioactive regeneration
Bypasses the inflammatory response rather than triggering it.
Direct matrix integration
No enzymatic breakdown step — the molecule goes straight to work.
One collagen, seven forms
A matrix that follows the patient — clinic to home.
From in-clinic treatment to daily maintenance, type III collagen runs through the whole repair cycle. One molecule, seven product forms, every stage covered.
In-clinic treatment
Microneedling·Periorbital rejuvenation·Localized high-concentration regeneration
Immediate post-procedure care
Spot sealing·Cold compress·Cooling & soothing·Touch-free maintenance
Continuous home repair
Daily application·On-the-go misting·Scheduled maintenance
Specialty extensions
Mucosal care·Gynaecological health
In vitro efficacy data
The numbers behind the claim.
Six core assays, run in vitro. Not marketing language — measured expression, repair and safety endpoints.
Data from in vitro studies. Results are experimental endpoints, not clinical claims.
The full portfolio
One technology. One clear position.
From skin architecture to full-scenario application — what the range is for, and why it holds together as a system rather than a list.
Clear positioning
Rebuilding the dermal layer — repair and regeneration management aimed at the root of the problem.
Technology leadership
100% humanized, bioactive regeneration, clinically supported by scientific validation.
Complete range
Seven Class II medical devices covering every scenario, from clinic to home.
Coordinated protocols
Clear division of labour with type XVII collagen and mussel adhesive protein — one combined plan.
Reliable supply
In-house R&D and production, sufficient capacity, strict compliance at every step.
Raw material platform
Raw material, made in-house.
One of very few companies in China that can produce the collagen molecule itself — and formulate finished devices from it.
- Through in-house R&D plus joint work with universities and research institutes, we have engineered recombinant type III and type XVII collagen strains across multiple amino-acid sequences and molecular weights — in both prokaryotic (E. coli) and eukaryotic (Pichia pastoris) systems.
- A 1,000 L fermentation and purification line delivers more than 300 kg of high-purity medical-grade material a year, making us one of the few companies that both produce raw material and formulate terminal products.
- Multiple collagen types, multiple sequences, two expression systems — all developed on our own platform.
- Several Class II formulations are already on the market with broad applications; Class III aesthetic implant programmes are under way.
From gene to finished device
A CRISPR platform — and a full line built on it.
The molecule is engineered, not extracted. Then it is carried all the way through to six terminal formats.
- CRISPR gene editing combined with AlphaFold structure prediction produces a raw material that is 100% humanized, with high-activity sites, high stability and low immunogenicity.
- Built on that self-developed material, Timerein has developed and registered an entire terminal formulation line — liquid dressings, lyophilized fibre, binary spray, patches, gels and prefilled syringes.
CRISPR editing
Target sequence design and strain construction.
AlphaFold prediction
Structure-led screening for stable, active folding.
Humanized material
High-activity sites, low immunogenicity.
Terminal formats
Six registered device formats.
Supply security
Supply you can plan around.
Two expression systems and multiple collagen types mean the line does not depend on a single strain, a single batch, or a single external supplier.
- Dual expression systems — the same product can be produced through prokaryotic or eukaryotic hosts, protecting continuity of supply.
- Multiple types, multiple sequences — type III and type XVII collagen across different molecular weights, all developed in-house.
- Raw material and formulation under one roof — control from strain to finished device shortens lead time and simplifies traceability.
- Pipeline depth — several Class II formulations already selling, Class III aesthetic implants advancing, so the range keeps expanding.
Capacity
Built to keep your line running.
The raw-material centre runs first-tier pharmaceutical equipment, with fermentation from 10 L to 100 L to 1,000 L and matching purification. Lines handle both E. coli and Pichia host systems.
